Award Winning Educator Returns To Real Estate

Jennifer Volpe moved from the Chicago area to Florida in 2011, and is a former Pinellas County teacher of the year (2020-2021), educator turned Realtor. She received her Master of Arts Degree in Education from St. Xavier University in Chicago and re- established her Florida real estate education and license in 2023.  She is a professional member of PRO (Pinellas Realtor Organization), FAR (Florida Association of Realtors), and NAR (National Association of Realtors). Jennifer and her husband have been property investors together since 1994 which has allowed her to gather experience in the real estate world and has provided her with upfront knowledge in dealing with investment properties. As a resident of the Gulf Beaches, Jennifer adores the paradise that surrounds her home. She appreciates all that the Tampa Bay area has to offer and enjoys the metropolitan aspects of St. Petersburg, and surrounding communities, while appreciating their close-knit community feel. She believes that it takes both patience and perseverance when selling or buying a home in the city of St. Petersburg and the Gulf Beach areas. 

Jennifer brings her passion for people to Coldwell Banker, striving to reach her goal: to ensure that her clients receive the time, effort, and the individual attention deserved. She enjoys helping individuals and finding them a place to enjoy not just as a house, but as a retreat; whether a home away from home or a permanent residence. Jennifer believes there is a "piece of paradise" out there for everyone.

Her community involvement includes her co-founding the Real Victories Foundation and  support and volunteer work in several nonprofit and philanthropic groups including: Faith Youth Services, General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC) Tampa, The Kind Mouse, and Come Out St. Pete. Her involvement in these organizations represents diversity, community, and change for the better.
